"If you want to go fast, go it alone. If you want to go far, go together."
As an employee at Workforce Genetics...
I will commit to creating exceptional experiences in everything I do and will diligently work towards building a community of passionate and loyal customers, candidates, collaborators, and brand ambassadors.
I approach each and every day with a passionate pursuit of excellence to achieve my personal best.
I work each day with an ownership mindset, taking responsibility for outcomes and empowered to make the decisions that will lead to those outcomes that are best for the business as a whole.
I believe that diversity and respect for others’ experiences and ideas enable us to do our best work.
I am ready to sign up for a journey to tackle problems that no one has fully solved yet — and I am comfortable running forward in the dark to find the answers I’m seeking.
I am here to make an impact on those all around me.
I will do what is right for the business, not what is easy.
I won’t just work on things that are assigned to me and will figure out what jobs need to get done and do them.
I will never pass up an opportunity to help out a colleague, and I’ll remember the days before I knew everything.
I commit to both active listening, and active questioning in order to fully understand each problem that comes before me, acknowledge different perspectives, challenge the status quo, and be fearlessly creative.
I’ll help deliver exceptional experiences with our brand at all times.
I will never stop learning, get comfortable outside of my comfort zone, and embrace my failures as the greatest opportunities for growth.
I will communicate as much as possible because it’s the oxygen of our team.
Honesty and integrity guide my interactions and relationships, internally and externally.
I am in a marathon, not a sprint, and no matter how far away the goal is, the only way to get there is by putting one foot in front of another every day.
I work towards my goals wearing bifocals, where I focus on succeeding at what’s right in front of me but never take my sights off the destination.
Given time and determination, there is no problem that’s insurmountable.
I promise to fully apply my unique skills and passions each and every day to enhance the company, my coworkers, and myself.
